The lifers on this board whom raz me about my love for ABBA don't know my full love of range of pop and rock.I have long since lost the celebrity worship, but I still love lots of different types of music. Pat was another artist who shaped my taste in music.
Just like most people know "Dancing Queen" is the most famous song by ABBA, "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" was Pat's most popular song. But for fans of any artist, their most popular, while they may still like it, isn't always their favorite.
My favorite ABBA song is "Watch Out", and hardly dance or disco. With Pat Benatar, my favorite song was not "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" but this song.
