Your response proves you have no clue what the fuck you are talking about. Sex has very little to do with this kind of behavior. Power is the motive in things like this.
How come all the men accused are ugly as fuck then?
I have a vagina, tits and some ovaries and I can tell you first hand that we women aren't automatically more likely to give a free pass to a man who is conventionally attractive but who is abusing his power (usually as a boss, and married too - as most of these abusers are) to force women into situations involving sex.
Put on a dress and some lipstick - heck, even keep your 5 o'clock shadow - and live as a woman for awhile and you'll see the insanity that passes for "normal" behavior towards women these days.
