Sure, I agree with all that. What I'm saying is that ugly men are more likely to sexually harrass women. It's clear as day when you look at the list of men. So I never meant to imply that women were giving anyone a pass for being good looking.

Brian saying sexual harassment isn't about sex is patentently absurd though.  We are human beings, everything is about sex, especially aggressive sexual behavior by ugly men towards attractive women.

No, Brian is correct about sexual harassment being about power. Look at the list of men (as you also mention above). Many are or were in positions of power over the women they harassed.
Roger Ailes - CEO of Fox News (also dead) harassed women who worked at the network under him. Say no and/ or go public and your job and career in the industry could be toast.  Bill Cosby - a Hollywood mover and shaker. Say no and/ or go public and your career in the industry could be toast. Harvey Weinstein - a Hollywood mover and shaker. Say no and/ or go public and your career in the industry could be toast. Bill Clinton - in the highest levels of government. Say no and/ or go public and your job and career could be toast.

These animals have gotten away with hassling talented women who just want to go into work, do their job and make a living, FFS. I don't have much hope that things will change much, though, even with this pervasive problem finally coming to light.

It being about power does not mean that it is not also about sex. I think to say it's not about sex seems both inaccurate and unhelpful towards finding a solution.
