Can we just put out there, without lessening his guilt, that Al Franken did not actually grab those boobs in the picture. It's clear he's pretending to grab her tits. That said, there is no saying whether he actually grabbed at any other point. Assuming there was no actual grabbing, I wouldn't give a shit if one of my guy friends took a picture like that while I was sleeping. Of course, I know them and they know me.
