There is no fucking way I'm going to eat those things as I've already had a Ghost Pepper before and THAT was hot enough. I've been wondering what to do with them . . . maybe it's a sign.
I used to grow Carolina Reapers. And before that Trinidad Scorpion Butch T which used to be the world's hottest. I made sauce from it. If I had some I'd bland them in vinegar and mix them in with some other chilli sauce.
Does vinegar reduce the hotness of it? Because I know how hot ghost peppers are, and I think if I had more than one of them I may have legit died, and one of these may be hotter than two of them together . . . so if they are going to be edible it's either going to be some dare for charity or with a friend, and not to genuinely enjoy, or I'm gonna need a way to decrease the hottness of them.
How long do they last for by the way? They've been in this enclosed clingfilm type stuff, tightly air packed, inside my fridge, for a few weeks now. Even if they've gone bad I'm not going to throw them though, unless they actually rot, because I like collecting them at the very least.
