We were doing that long before 9/11, but it isn't terrorism. Chances are the "armed groups of liberation" fit the bill as terrorist organizations far more readily. We've been known to fund "armed groups of liberation" as well.
You know..with the amount of people in the world running around calling themselves liberation this and freedom that...you'd expect there to be a whole lot more liberty and freedom in the world.................................
