I'm rapidly understanding the total frustration women develop on this issue.
I have a family member who was groped by a minister many years ago. During counseling session he suggested rubbing her shoulders, and not knowing any better, she allowed it and that was his 'toe in the door' to do whatever he wanted.
This was small town Iowa, and many years ago, and it was a horrid experience for her. At some point, fed up with the rumors and snide looks, she stood up during 'concerns and prayers' segment of the service, and addressed the congregation as to precisely what happened. It wasn't easy, but turned out to be the right thing for her to do.
Her denom shuffles the preachers around pretty often as it is, and that one was gone in a couple months and replaced with (surprise surprise) a woman pastor who was quite a breath of fresh air for that small town. She even impressed (but failed to convert) me. The church had a grey water back up once and I was there ankle deep in it trying to staunch the flow and the minister turned up. I was mortified and rushed to the door to prevent her from seeing the disaster that was unfolding. I was on the verge of tears as it was since the flow was all but unstoppable and who wants to see poo in a nice building whether or not its a church anyhow (Scientology excepted, of course) and I thought if her lower lip even trembled a bit I was going to have a full melt down and I HATE crying around other people.
Boy had I misread her !!
(and it serves me right too !!)
She marched downstairs and sad:
"We'll get sump pumps!!"
"Carry out those folding chairs! They can be hosed off they'll be fine"
"Don't worry about that crate of expired Sunday School materials, we already have new on order!"
"I have the number for a restoration/cleaning company, I bet I can get them here as soon as the water drains!"
Well, I didn't feel like crying after that now, did I ?
LOL!!
Showed this old fairy who's butch, didn't she ??

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
