Well, if a religion says it's okay to follow some other god, but if you follow ours, then our God frowns on homosexual acts, then the question stops at "why do you think homosexual acts are immoral such that you would project that onto yu our God?".
But If a religion says "our God frowns on homosexual acts and it is wrong to follow any other god", then the question inescapable mutated into "why do you seek to impose upon others that which you would project into your god?".
