You would want extra help for the kidnapping part, it'd tough to do it alone. One more person means more risk, you'd obviously struggle with the guy so he could rip a part of your or your accomplices shirt or get some blood somewhere or other possibilities like that. To add to that this guy you're kidnapping will have to have a bizarre schedule that he'd be alone somewhere in a dark alley without anyone nearby or something, cops could ask his wife, kids, friends about his habits and go look at where he would be, examine nearby security cams and spot a car(your car) fleeing from the scene. Kidnapping part sounds easy but there's a lot of things that could go wrong and many other ways you could get caught.
As you can imagine, I'm no expert at it. And no, I wouldn't want an accomplice. I'd just try to take the person down from behind with a taser or whatever. Obviously a public area with security cameras wouldn't be an ideal location. Like I said, wait for a time when they're most vulnerable. If their normal schedule doesn't supply a good time then make an opening somehow. If nothing else works, I may just decide killing the asshole isn't worth it. No, it wouldn't be easy. I'm glad about that. But that would be my plan. I'm not real interested in thinking about all the fine details, as this is kind of a morbid topic, so I'm sticking with just finding an opportunity to kidnap the person, and a way to dispose of the body.
