OK, this is kinda childish but I enjoy the disbelief-face when I mention it or reply to the belief question in a completely matter of fact way as though I'm saying "Isn't everyone?"
Actually, disbelief is not the right word... it's more like a non-compute-face.
I'm talking about places like Indonesia, Pakistan and Malaysia where blasphemy is a bit of a no-no, but it's happened in secularised places like Oz and Singapore too.
Interestingly, saying "freethinker" gets zero reaction or even mild approval but "atheist" !OMG! (whichever G that might be)... it's like I've just casually mentioned that I accidentally pissed on their mother's grave (after burying her alive).
