I would pick losing my hearing. Now granted I would probably go crazy stuck in my own head seeing how even now I need constant background noise but sight is so much more important in everyday life.

Now that is a dangerous question. Not having the feeling of touch can get someone extremely hurt. They won't know when they are scalding themselves on hot water, rubbing their skin raw in two small of shoes, or crushing their finger under a box.
