Under no circumstance should cops KILL

Could we have a list of the times cops DON'T shoot?

For instance, a cop has burst into my house four times in five years.

He did CPR on me and waited for the ambulance.

He lives across the street.

Still not the point. 
It is STILL about long term policy making. Most cops are good. Most citizens want to obey the law and NOT get shot, just like cops want to make it home alive.
BUT again, as long as we collectively as a nation, in urban, suburban, and rural areas, lack livable wages, lack affordable health care, and have crappy firearm laws that are Swiss cheese, we are are always going to have our flooded market and lack of trust between cops and society.
