Let me guess, it is a supernatural god wood.  It transforms on demand to being harder than steel, tougher than titanium, stronger than adamant, easier to cut or carve than cheese, and yet lighter than hot air.

News for you, there is no such thing as gopher wood.  Being mentioned by the Bible does not make it real. At best the writers of Bible had in mind cedar or cypress and try to inflat it into something enough to daunt utterly ignorant, gullible and insensible fools like you.

The property of bigger objects being proportionally weaker than smaller one of exactly the same shape should not be beyond even the meanest intelligence.

Most force acting on an object is proportional to the cube of the object's dimension.  In our case here, weight and buoyancy of a ship is proportional try to the volume of material and the volume of the hull respectively.   If a ship is scaled up to exactly twice its original dimension in every respect, the amount of material will go up by a factor of two cubed, so it will weigh 8 times as much.  It's volume will also go up by two cubed.  So It's bouyancy will also be 8 times as much.  But it's strength, which depends on the cross sectional area and area moments of inertia, only goes up by two squared.

Hence, double a ship's dimension, forced acting on it will increase by a factor of 8, while its strength will only increase by factor of 4.  It will be twice as weak as before.

If you make a 1/10 scale model of the ark out of exactly the same material, the model ark will proportionally be ten cubed, or 1000 times stronger than the real arc.

This is why models are worthless for the purpose of demonstrating structural integrity of the full sized ark.

We have 3000 years of experience with ever more sophisticated and ambitious wooden ships, made of real wood much stronger than any readily available in the middle East, using constructional techniques undreamt of by the ignorant landlocked goat fuckers, and we've found 250 feet is about the upper limit of the dimension of any all wood construction that actually has real hope of keeping the water out in rough seas.
