As a doctor it looks like Nasser had a little better cover for his exploits and depravities than Jerry Sandusky did. Jerry had to cultivate a culture of tolerance around himself in ways Nasser did not.
I think a tape recording of his victim's statements needs to be looped and played back in his cell at night when he's tryin g to sleep.
