Well I think to refuse to give a woman an abortion when you're a doctor and it's your job to perform medical procedures is awful. Put your religion above your job and you should get fired. The woman would end up having an unwanted baby and both her and the babies lives could end up being ruined just because some selfish doctor cared more about the magic imaginary sky daddy in his mind than about his job that he was supposed to be doing.
To object to any kind of medical prodcedure on non-medical grounds, when it's your job to carry it out, should get you fired, IMO. Either you do your job objectively or you don't do your job.
There's a reason people get a limited number of sick days. If a doctor wanted to avoid doing a medical procedure they should book one of their sick days in advance as everyone is allowed some time off. To just refuse to do your job because of your own personal feelings is ridiculous. Magical personal feelings about someone imaginary shouldn't be treated any different.
