Its that Grace reported it to the media instead of reporting it to the police. And that the story didn't depict sexual assault in the first place, thereby hanging this guy on public opinion rather than allowing him a fair trial.
And as I've said, that's a distinction without a difference. The fact that Grace talked to other people first about the events of that night, rather than the police, has zero bearing on what actually happened. Even if she never talks to the police -- does that mean Aziz didn't "forcibly kiss" her after she'd put her clothes back on? Does that mean he didn't grope her unwillingly? You know, he did not dispute those claims.
I've already addressed why she might go to the media (vis. his hypocrisy), and will not repeat myself solely for your nemefit.
And as I've also said earlier, whether or not what happened is sexual assault in the eyes of New York law is arguable. If you want to have that discussion, I'm game. It seems possible, if not certain. I've already posted the pertinent law.

Bullshit. Joods is saying quite clearly that the fact she didn't report it is damaging to her viewpoint. I'll link those posts if you need; but I'm buggered to satisfy obtuseness when you can read for yourself.
And furthermore, you should reread my link to "forcible contact", which in New York"s law is indeed a form of sexual assault. What you think isn't terribly important copmpared to what the law actually says.
