President Trump has unveiled his budget proposal for 2019, which calls for $1.7 trillion in cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and other social programs, while significantly increasing defense spending and setting aside money for the border wall.
According to the KKK'er's Trump's logic social programs must be cut because black people benefit from them. He's going to screw over federal employees because he wants to screw the black ones like Woodrow Wilson did.
