I think having a couple of armed guards in public schools would be a good idea. But not teachers, obviously lol.

Then what do we  do put them in theaters, hotels , parks , Or any place a mass shooting might happened ?

You've hit on the unspoken reality.  The threat of a mass shooting is so low, going to these lengths to try and stop them is unnecessary. 

If the threat matched the rhetoric about the threat, then we'd absolutely want armed protection all over the place.
