To paraphrase: "America is like the schoolyard bully "Give us your sweets or I'll smash ya face in!!" and Britian is like this nerdy kid that hangs around with the bully, creeps 'round the back and goes "Yeeaah!" *waves fist in a pathetic fashion*"

I paraphrased because I don't wanna go and watch the exact point to get it word for word LOL - but that's pretty much it.
