Donald Trump wants to arm teachers with guns

Given that over half of Americans don't store their guns safely, giving teachers guns would seem to be a really bad idea. Mr. Oberholtzer couldn't remember to lock his desk, never knew where his keys were. Great teacher, not much of a gunner.

I had a Mr. Oberholtzer as a teacher. You didn't happen to grow up in North Dakota, did you?
