Without looking on Urban Dictionary for alternative meanings, this is what a Bob has always meant to me - a woman's hair style, generally short and tapered in the back

This is an inverted bob - extremely difficult to cut and not one I particularly like doing. They can also come stacked in the back as well. Many variants to it.
