Humans choke for number of reasons . And animals are in fact very cautious about eating.

So people should take note from the animals?

As Solomon said "Ask the beasts of the field, they'll tell you."

Humans have missed the obvious, I wonder why that is?

Here they are - the authorities on how life began, ang yet they haven't even mastered the basics of eating carefully.
