Honestly I think he probably doesn't care all too much and is just happy that people are all talking about him.
He'll get caught. Putting on my armchair criminal profiler hat on,: he's probability the type who loves attention and will keep doing this until he gets caught... because part of him probably wants to get caught And get credit for it.
