BUT NOOOOOOOOOO The GOP had their asses handed to them. Hopefully the Federal Court will uphold the state court. Texas, I can honestly say, I am impressed. There is hope for you yet.

The demographics here in Texas have been changing for quite a while. It's just now getting to the point where the politicians and the legal system are realizing they need to pay attention to that change.

I know, it certainly is far more purple than it was 10 -15 years ago. But still. It is a huge state, and even Trump won 4 more years, the GOP runner then would be facing a blue, and not red state. That is if we survive 4 more years.

This might be a shot across the bow that the SCOTUS not to reward him.
