Most car deaths are accidental so they are noy equivalent with gun deaths wich are murders wich are willed not made by accident.
This march is about restricting peoples means to express violence.
Death by automobile is, most often, much more violent than being shot, regardless of intent. Ignoring the starkly disparate numbers shows a cold disregard toward easily available statistics. That leads to plausible presumptions that the motive(s) behind the marches are other than what is claimed.
