We know what the solution is, stop the OBSTRUCTION of the NRA and the GOP.
You know what has not been well thought out as far as solutions? Sell more and do nothing.
That sounds like more than a rant than a solution. Are you looking to get rid of the 2nd amendment? Is your plan to just stop gun deaths? Does it matter if someone dies another way?
No I am not out to rid the 2nd dipshit. But just so you know it is STILL an amendment. Have you ever read the history of Amendments?
I hate to tell you this, but even if you tried to fight the government they have tanks and jets, good luck moron.
And if you really want to be a strict originalist you can have a musket. Oh FYI you do know even back then with muskets they had LAWS regulating the technology of muskets and size of the musket ball.
800,000 safety advocates were just "ranting" in DC. Sorry buddy, but if you see your friend get their head blown off, I'd say you have every fucking right to "rant".
My dad got drunk off his ass when I was a kid and shot his 38 with me in the room. Yea, I have a right to "rant" as well. I have furniture with BULLET HOLES in them.
Instead of responding like a paranoid BRAT how about you grow up? Your self righteous garbage isn't going to fly with me.
Now here is the damned list that WILL WORK.
1. UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
2. Waiting period
3. Give families and law enforcement and teachers THE POWER to investigate potentially disturbed individuals, regardless of motive, kid, domestic abuser, mentally ill, violent criminals. It is a lie that no record at time of buy can prevent violence after a legal buy.
4. Ban on spray riffles, big clips for either riffles/handguns, and bump stocks.
5. Nobody under 21
6. Must have firearm safe with UNLOADED firearm and ammo kept separately in the home.
7. Loss of the firearm with ANY domestic abuse or assault conviction.
9. Unless you have a LAGIT job that requires you to carry, like police, military, security guard, bounty hunter, bank truck guard, bounty hunter, private investigator. Leave your weapon at home. Unless you are transporting it for hunting or to a legal shooting range. In transport, kept in a case in the trunk.
^^^^^^^^^Now I defy you to show me anywhere in that list it is calling for a 100% ban on all firearms. There would be no point in saying "waiting periods" if I wanted to ban all firearm sales. There would be no point in talking about firearm safes required in the home if I was out to ban all ownership. There would be no point in me talking about how to transport if I wanted an all out ban.
