I'm in Winnipeg.  If the commute's too far, I can give you the recipe instead.  It's actually easy to brew, but it takes about five months of fermentation before it's ready to bottle (and another two weeks in the sealed bottles to get nice and bubbly).

Winnipeg!  Yeah, that's a little more than a 12-hour drive north (and slightly west) from Kansas City.  Oh well.  Maybe I SHOULD try my hand at making mead!  Good to know I have a northern neighbor.  If Trumpism gets any worse, you may have a refugee in your basement!
