Well MK you gave a quite word salad there. Among you contradicting yourself like:
I see you still have an archaic worldview that people in the past had greater knowledge then we do today. This is something people held till forever, like my favorite
The truth is

Yes. Putting human face on anything that happens in every day life that we can't explain: from a simple thing like dark, to things falling down being dragged by little angels and wind blowing and so on.
If I am wrong in this statement then religious people would not still be clinging to the "old" explanations of the phenomenons in nature like creationism, flat earth, exorcism, faith healing and so on because only clinging to those primitive explanations of the world does religion makes sense.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
