Kind of difficult to tell who ranks in this particular Idiot Sweepstakes, as it's a sort of feedback loop: Trump says/does idiotic things which energizes his supporters ('He's one of us!'), which gives Trump the adulation he craves, causing him to behave even MORE idiotically, which sends his supporters into yet another flurry of idiocitude, and so on and so on.
