With that being said, IF there is a way to find Isis members trying to hide in a crowd, I don't see why it shouldn't be done. Maybe by investigating people who are known to have extreme islamic views, or a certain past. I don't know how they do it, but I imagine it may be something like that.
It was a general question anyway. The impossibility of balancing freedom and safety.
