It's kind of hard to adjust this for other factors, like: Extracurricular activities, teacher recommendations, and student interviews. If you're just looking at test scores and GPA then you're assigning students to a number. But colleges--especially ivy league colleges look for a lot more than numbers. They want leaders.

I have a feeling their suit won't be easy to prove.
