Though from reading other articles, it seems it was a mentally unstable German, rather than someone acting on behalf of Isis.
Would it be terrorism if it was a mentally unstable muslim?

Now is not the time to discuss van control!
You liberal pussies try to confiscate my van and just see what happens!
More people are killed by falling into vats of industrial waste than are killed by vans every year - so now I suppose you want to ban industry, you commie pinko fag??
We don't need more van laws, we need to enforce the van laws we have!
When Hitler came to power, he confiscated all the vans and look what happened!
How do you expect me to defend my loved ones without a van?

No Hiltler was pro van, even commissioning a range of vans that were used to oppress Europe. Vans in the hands of government alone are not good. We need to all be able to have vans to to stop tyranny.
DBP, depends on the motive
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
