Can Bill Gates still buy out 90% of the other universes and when the rest are poor he will promise (from his luxury yatch) to leave 90% of his fortune to the needy (which he created?)

Seems like I cannot define it without using more words and get into an regress of definitions or maybe its circular.  I guess if I were god I could give all my creations an inate universal definition of suffering without all the wordy fuss. 

You can pinch Billy G out of existence if you want. Just don't let him suffer.
