That is called "Carne de porco à Alentejana".
Pork, Alentejo style. (Alentejo is a region in the south part of the country.

There's a variant that doesn't have any seafood.

I'd love to try some Portugese food sometime. Would you be able to bring some over for Portugal if we meet again?

That is doable.
The other day, I found a place that sells the required ingredients for the famous Bacalhau à brás and it's a great dish to cook and then bring along in a plastic box (aka, tupperware)...
