The quality of care in the U.S. when it comes to general healthcare and outcomes is worse than those with socialized medicare. It's pointless to have a high military expenditure like the U.S. were wasting money on the military. The sad fact is a good chunk of that can support social programs and even create jobs in the U.S. and not to mention we could start manufacturing again when it comes green technology. Russia with it's military budget created a new tank and our EU allies and even in asia they use less money on their military and are developing newer weapons and tanks. Meanwhile, we have an ever-shrinking military not a lot of people die anymore the military now is easing up on who they take in and it doesn't matter if you have a health condition or not good they want more troops. The problems with the military currently you have too many generals in the military as we speak. Were fighting too many wars and were fighting about 8 i believe. So to get back on track were wasting money and social healthcare should be a thing in the U.S. when third parties are ripping us off.
In turn we would get a better outcome and we need it because let's be clear we're not the most healthy country or the happiest.
