Christians and Muslims don't come from a specific ethnicity and so, no, you can't be a Christian or Muslim atheist because the only parameter which makes you Christian or Muslim is belief.

Interesting. I thought Judaism was a religion, not a race/ethnicity or whatever.

The Jewish family I grew up next to were blond haired blue eyed people. Looked totally Caucasian to me.
