So much yum here! Do you guys know how to make some of these dishes?

I’ve made a few Iranian dishes so far and I’m pretty good at making Italian food.

I learned to cook from my Syrian Grandmother. My workplace held an International Food Fair yesterday. I made a traditional Baklawa (Baklava, for you Greek food lovers). My Baklawa won the "Best of" hands down. 
I cook Syrian food on a regular basis. My Mother spent a month with me over the holidays. I cooked our comfort foods : Lentils and rice (Mujuddara), Dolma, Hummus, Tabouli, Fatoush, Kibbi, and Lubi bezeit.
