It's a human (mostly) soul that belongs to me.

For pics imagine those orbs people get excited about on "ghost hunter" type shows.  But this soul is not a dust mote.

You keep it in a jar or, if you use black magic, you can place it in another body, replacing the current soul.

There is no buy now price.

I will offer you no money for your soul, for I give in return what is beyond price.  I will promise upon my own soul that I will do such with your soul that for the rest of your soulless existence, you will be proud to say “I once had something to do with that soul”.

For that I can give you Jack's soul.
