While it's not an alert, it is a way to tell if you've already repped someone. Go to their rep page and click on "Rate user" if the box comes up and it's empty, you haven't repped them. If there is something there, it will be the rating you gave them when you repped them.
While I don't generally enjoy people leading people on, you two are cracking me up with this "Nigerian Scam" in reverse.
The whole point of doing that to scammers is to completely derail them and waste their time and resources so that they can't do actual harm to real victims. Keep em' busy. That's the best policy.
