It just depends. There are times when murdering someone can benefit someone else in some way. Which is why they murder in the first place.
Yes sometimes a person can benefit from doing a bad thing, the fact that it benefits the one person doesn't make it moral. We are talking about murder being bad for the well being of humans, I assume we can agree that murder is detrimental to the well being of the human race.
