No, I wash my hair and dont walk around like a greasy hoe. Wanna know how to keep your hair healthy? Don't blow dry it. Don't use hair products on it besides shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner. Don't color it.
That's it. No need to skip showers and look all nasty and dirty haha.
What would you recommend for really frizzy and dry hair?
I honestly don't know, because I have the opposite of dry frizzy hair. My hair is straight and gets oily if it isn't washed daily. I do know that blow drying, coloring, over washing, and other harsh hair products will further dry it out and is pretty much the worst thing you could do. So avoid that, first and foremost.
Maybe try washing it a couple times a week instead of daily, and when you do, use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, as it offers the most moisturizing benefits. Leave the conditioner on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it off. And use a leave in conditioner when you get out of the shower, letting your hair air dry. Maybe do some kind of oil treatment once a week, too. (Though I can't offer advice on what kind)
And if you really wanna go all out, take omega 3 fish oil supplements lol.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
