My guess is she likes you enough as a friend to not want to hurt you by giving you reasons why she doesn't want to date you. In my very limited experience I don't believe I was ever given reasons. I don't see it as a good or bad thing, just a thing.

At least she's not trying to be mean or purposely act undesirable to emphasize the point.
