Definitely not and I don't suggest it as a legal method, it is just my personal belief. I wouldn't actually vote something like that in. I just find marriage to be something of a contract. Well, it is a contract, not really regarding children, but I do think a husband should have a choice. Many people go into marriages expecting to have children. A wife shouldn't be able to just flake without making that choice with her husband. Of course, there are also a shitload of other factors that make such a simplistic statement as my own impossible, such as abuse, pending divorces, etc. I really should have elaborated, but the gist of my feelings remain the same, from a moral standpoint. In a happy marriage, without mental or physical illness, financial instability or infidelity, a husband deserves a choice.
