The ban revolved around the idea that people's identifications from certain countries couldn't be verified due to the state of disarray in that country.
Chad (the country) for example, was on the ban list. But they seemed to have fixed the cause for concern enough that they got off the ban list. I don't think they stopped being a primarily Muslim country.

The idea of Saudi Arabia doesn't make sense, because people are misrepresenting what the travel ban was to begin with.
