RIP democracy.

It’s been dead. The last sign of heart beat was just before the first republican reaction to Obama’s arrival in the Oval Office.   The corpse was kept in the freezer for the next 8 years, periodically given some new coat of make up by the democrats in the hope that maintaining a life like appearance will somehow facilitate a miraculous resuscitation.   It has finally been taken out of the freezer and buried.   But I highly doubt it will Rest In Peace.

Instead the mummified and rotting corpse will be periodically exhumed and paraded to convince the posterity that it, rather than those staging the macabre spectacles, remains in charge.
