What you quoted was Leviticus 19:33-34 which is aka jewish laws. somewhere between exoddus to whatever the fifth book of bible is called by rules and laws is by default not really valid in christian practice, so to sum it up. Screw them. Criticize it all you like but atleast be concistent with your criticism, rewarding ignorance i absolutely think should be something a supposed intellect like an atheist would be aware of.
