Well it’s a non-sequitur to assume just because a person is wrong about point A they are also wrong about point B. Be that as it may, Genesis is clear that man is distinguished from the animals because he was made in God’s image, this is meant as on a spiritual level, meaning man exists after death and was made with some of God’s likenesses.
