So Mark established Christianity in Africa 20 years before he wrote the first gospel.

There was a 40-or-so-year gap in between the time Jesus would have lived and died and the time the Gospel of Mark would have been written. It's actually not that implausible.

I think it becomes more implausible when we take into account Mark was a potless, illiterate fisherman without the means to travel to Egypt. No matter how we track the story all roads lead back to Acts Ripping Yarns.
