Another dumb Anti Abortion argument is
-As if this is a trial were the fetus is executed on it's guilt or innocence.This is not a matter of the fetuses guilt or innocence i don't even apply those terms to a fetus .
- Even if we grant the argument from innocence .Is it always wrong to kill the innocent ? I can give plenty of instances were we kill the innocent . There will be the counter that it's wrong if the killing is unjustified we will argue back bodily soverinty is a more then justifies the killing .
