He has succeeded in turning the US from being the head of an world order and system of international institutions that binds the prosperity and interests of all the major economies and powers in the world except USSR And russia to the geological interests of the US, to being an international piranha, a troublemaker whose self-perceived interests are in your face antithetical to prosperity  and interests of the major economics and powers, other than Russia, of course.
